From Dublin:

Travel from your current location onto the M50 motorway (if you are coming from Dublin Airport take M50 South, if coming from south of city take M50 North).
Leave the M50 at junction 9 then merge onto the N7 (signposted Limerick).
At Junction 3 continue forward onto Naas Road - N7 (signposted Limerick, The South) M7.
At Junction 9 continue forward onto the M7 motorway (signposted Limerick).
Leave the M7 at junction 10, turn left at top of slip road.
At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the R445 (signposted Newbridge).
Continue on R445 until first roundabout.
Take first exit at roundabout.
Go over 2 ramps then take next left turn.
Follow Road around to left.
Take next left - OFS is located on right hand side (80m after turn) in Unit W9H.
From Cork:

At Dunkettle Interchange branch left, then at Dunkettle Interchange (Junction 19) Roundabout take the 1st exit onto the M8 (signposted Dublin).
At Junction 17 continue forward onto the M8 toll motorway (signposted Dublin) M8 Toll Plaza.
Cross River Bride River Blackwater (Viaduct Crossing).
Continue forward onto the M7 toll motorway (signposted Dublin) Portlaoise Main Toll Plaza.
Leave the M7 at junction 10, then at roundabout take the 4th exit onto the R445 (signposted Naas).
At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the R445 (signposted Newbridge).
Continue on R445 until first roundabout.
Take first exit at roundabout.
