We are looking to recruit a QHSE Lead to join our growing Team in our head office in Naas, Co. Kildare, reporting to the QHSE Director

The successful candidate will gain huge exposure to enable them to develop their long-term career within an Industry environment.

Main Duties

  • Perform reporting, risk assessments and auditing and observes all QHSE related activities and policies for OFS.
  • Ensure operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance to safety regulations by integrating and implementing company and third-party QHSE policies and procedures
  • Actively work with the field level personnel to ensure that the highest level of health and safety standards are applied and maintained in all field operations at all times
  • Interdepartmental co-ordination for relevant QHSE audits.
  • Manage and maintain certification for OFS as required such as ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
  • Maintain and manage the OFS Quality system to maintain Safety statistics and prepare reports as necessary
  • Ensure adequate training / awareness of company personnel for QHSE systems
  • Communicate information on the QHSE Management System throughout the organization and promotes HSE awareness and manage and maintain the OFS’s QHSE Manuals.
  • Advise Ops/ Line managers on submissions for contractual issues, including HSE Interface agreements and pparticipates in proposal bids and project teams as the QHSE liaison with the QHSE Director
  • Conduct annual Facility HSE Risk assessments
  • Keep up to date and advise Directors on changes to HSE legislation
  • Perform post-incident investigations and communicates with others until all action items have been closed
  • Coordinate and execute HSE inspections, and internal, sub-contractor, and third party audits.
  • Conduct investigations and analyses of, and reports findings to management on: 1. Non-conformity reports and root cause analysis 2. Client Satisfaction Program data 3. Incidents, near misses, and damages 4. Customer complaints 5. Key performance indicators (KPI)

Requirements

  • · Post-secondary education in health and safety management or a minimum of 4 years’ experience in safety management in an industrial type workplace is required
  • · Must hold up to date safety training certificates as required for role First Aid, etc
  • · Experience with health and safety programs in a complex and high paced organisation is essential
  • · An excellent working knowledge of the legal HSE context globally
  • · Experience in Oil and Gas, energy services or a related field is distinct advantage
  • · Strong organization and communication skills are essential
  • · The ability to work both as a team member and independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with little or no support is critical
  • · Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • · Able to provide training and supervision to others
  • · Strong knowledge and understanding of IT systems & Proficient in using the latest Microsoft Suite of tools
  • · This is an office based role but will require travel and site visits

We are looking to immediately recruit a Financial Accountant to join our Finance Team on a year long contract in our head office in Naas, Co. Kildare. This role will require the incumbent to work closely with all levels and all departments within the OFS Group including Business Development, Operations, Payroll, HR and IT.

The successful candidate will gain huge local and international exposure to enable them to develop their long-term career within a fast-paced industry environment.

Main Duties

  • The mains duties include, but are not limited to, involvement in the day to day and / or monthly activities for the following:
  • Day to day and monthly finance duties for the OFS Operations team
  • Debtors ledger including invoicing and receipts from customers
  • Reviewing of Employee Timesheets and Expense Reports
  • Preparation of VAT and other Governmental returns
  • Management and Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
  • Treasury functions including daily cash transactional and financial reporting including F.X. and bank reconciliations
  • Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and other month end processes including the timely reconcilation of all GL accounts
  • Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives and various financial and operational projects within the OFS Finance team

Requirements

  • Qualified or part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience in fast paced multi-national environment would be desirable
  • Excellent technical accounting knowledge
  • Knowledge of the principles and financial management and internal control methodologies
  • Highly analytical in mind-set with an inquiring mind and capable of challenging figures and assumptions
  • Knowledge/exposure/experience in systems implementation would be a distinct advantage
  • Flexible, driven and eager to engage in a wide range of activities is essential
  • Capacity to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams at all levels right up to CEO level
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines within a busy environment
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to organise, prioritise and deliver accurate results while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to solve problems, improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Team player with strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint
