Maintenance Strategy Development
OFS can assist fledgling companies and large well established organisations with maintenance strategy development or realignment. The OFS approach is to conduct a review of the client’s requirements utilising industry proven techniques such as RCM. All methods used are appropriate for the industry in question and help to develop the complete approach towards management controlled maintenance activity.

The outputs of such analyses shall enable the:
- Development of Company (Departmental) Strategy and Procedures Manual
- Determining of long-term and short-term Management Key Performance Indicators
- Compilation of equipment, systems and process maintenance and inspection plans
- Formation of a detailed maintenance task register
- Selection of (or review of existing) appropriate CMMS, assist with implementation
- Development of maintenance organisation, job task descriptions and job targets
- Identification of training needs
- Assistance with recruitment
Finally, the OFS approach is to revisit site periodically to assist assigned site personnel,
engaged in the continuous improvement process, to fine tune and implement corrective actions as required.
