Joseph P Dunne - Director and Co-Founder of OFS
Co-founder and Director
With the company since its inception, Joseph holds the positions of Co-Founder and Director with OFS.
He has extensive educational qualifications and is a Chartered Engineer registered with Engineer Ireland. Having held a number of positions with Solar Turbines and ePower prior to launching OFS, Joseph has built up substantial knowledge of business operations from both a Field and Management perspective.
As Co-Founder and Director, Joseph is responsible for the overall growth and strategy of OFS
Norman Croasdell - Group Operations Manager
Norman is Operations Director for OFS worldwide operations has 12 years’ experience as an engineer working in the O&G, energy and aviation sectors.
He has been with OFS since 2010 during which time he has worked across different OFS departments including; operations, project management and business development.
Throughout his career, Norman has worked on four continents, commissioning a wide variety of gas turbines, driven equipment and balance of plant. Norman has led many difficult projects including the installation of over 50 Gas Turbine packages in Algeria. He also lead the OFS team in Iraq and manages the maintenance teams and workshop in Iraq. Through the efforts of the team that he lead production increased significantly in the ROO oil field
Norman is responsible for the overall growth and operational readiness of the organization.
Eric Kavanagh - Director and Co-Founder of OFS

As Co-Founder and Director of OFS, Eric has been with the company almost 15 years and holds many qualifications in his area of expertise, Engineering. Eric has a huge amount of industry knowledge gained through his 30 years’ international experience in a number of different positions, Field Engineer, Project Manager, Operations Manager and Regional Manager for the Middle East & Africa, with Solar Turbines.
Eric has managed very complex large “Operations & Maintenance” projects, with big emphasis on Reliability of Rotating Equipment, as well as managed teams throughout the world. Eric is also a Fellow member of Engineers Ireland and the Engineering Council.
As Co-Founder and Director, Eric is responsible for the overall growth and strategy of the organization.
Aindreas Muldowney - Technical Director
Aindreas has 20 years’ experience as an engineer working in the O&G, energy and manufacturing sectors. He has been with OFS since 2003 during which time he has worked across different OFS departments including; operations, training, project management and business development. Throughout his career, Aindreas has worked on four continents, commissioning a wide variety of gas turbines, driven equipment and balance of pant. Aindreas has delivered complex project management and bespoke engineering development services across the OFS spectrum. Aindreas is an active member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
As Technical Director, Aindreas provides engineering support for the engineers and technicians in the field. He works closely with the project and training departments and provides the sales team with technical advice and support.

Prior to joining OFS, Tommy gained over 30 years’ experience in Power Generation, Oil and Gas production, Industrial Gas Turbines, Systems Integration, Pharmaceutical and Biotech, Project Management, Commissioning and Maintenance.
With qualifications in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering, Tommy joined the organisation over 6 years ago and holds the position of Training and Documentation Manager.
In this position, he is responsible for Internal and External Training, Technical Documentation Generation and Small to Medium Projects

Glenn Tubbert - Senior Reliability Engineer
As a Senior Project Engineer and Maintenance Engineer, Glenn has been with OFS since 2011. Glenn has managed offshore maintenance projects and developed numerous systems including: FMECA, Strategy development, CMMS, Remote Monitoring & Data Collection, Training, Planning, Scheduling, Reporting and Analysis.
A chartered engineer, Glenn has 15 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas and Power Generation Sectors across 6 continents. Glenn has extensive knowledge in all aspects of rotating equipment maintenance developed through his years working in the industry. This includes Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Gas Turbines and Ancillary Systems, creation of Maintenance and Technical Documentation and also delivering Technical and Maintenance Training to operators.
Glenn’s previous engineering roles include Field Service Engineer, Technical Instructor, Senior Project Engineer and Senior Maintenance Engineer/Reliability Analyst.
