Exciting Opportunity for a Finance Manager

Monthly Accounts || KPI Monitoring || Group Treasury Management

The Role
The OFS Finance Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the entire Group finance function. This includes the management of both local and regional OFS Group finance teams to deliver team and individual goals and objectives. They will report to the Company Directors.
Duties
Reviewing monthly management accounts and prepare monthly consolidation accounts

  • Monitor, analyse and report on KPI’s including costs, variances, profitability and other key metrics
  • · Ensuring all OFS entities satisfy all regulatory requirements, with regard to the filing of returns and tax; and other information
  • OFS Group Treasury Management
  • Review and approve monthly payroll’s in various currencies
  • Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives and various financial and operational projects within the OFS Finance team
  • Provide operational support including customer bid: project costings and contract reviews
Requirements
5 years + post qualification experience (In fast paced multi-national environment)

  • Qualified ACA / ACCA
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and deliver accurate results while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of IT and payroll systems
