We take appropriate security measures against unlawful or unauthorised processing of personal data, and against the accidental loss of, or damage to, personal data. You hereby acknowledge that OFS as a global organisation operates across multiple jurisdictions sharing human resources information so that we can operate a cohesive approach to recruitment. Therefore, your personal data may be stored and processed and shared internally by OFS worldwide within the scope of the recruitment purposes and for contacting you about job opportunities at OFS, unless you request otherwise. Personal information may be processed manually or automatically by authorised employees of OFS and other authorised third parties for recruitment related services.
By registering you are expressly confirming your interest in employment opportunities at OFS. You therefore freely provide your personal information to be used for recruiting purposes, in particular for filling and matching your profile with any and all open positions at OFS, including beyond those for which you specifically applied unless indicated otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information submitted by you is correct and true. The full registration process is a default setting of the application process, but you also have the ability to apply for a specific job opportunity which will limit the scope of use of your information provided. OFS will use the information provided to complete our obligations arising from any engagement which we may enter into with you such as assessment tests or background checks if relevant.
By releasing your profile to the website, you agree to OFS contacting you for HR marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted by OFS you can update your user details as outlined in the “Controlling Your Personal Information” section below. Unless you specifically elect to amend or delete it, your personal information will not be deleted by OFS for period of up to two years.
OFS does not sell your personal information to third parties. If there is a job opportunity at OFS which matches your profile, OFS may forward your profile details to a third-party Customer for further review and to potentially contact you for interviews.
You have the option of withdrawing your application at any time. Your data will be deleted in accordance with the applicable laws once the application process ends or if you withdraw your application.
WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect two types of information:
* “Personal data” means any information relating to and identified or identifiable natural person.
* “Non-personal data” similar to other websites, we gather statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate basis of all visitors to our website. This non-personal data comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact you.
When you register your interest on the website, we collect the following information:
* Your name and surname
* Your contact information such as your private email address and telephone number
* Certain demographic information
* Any information you provide by filling in forms on our website
* Technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.
* Details of your visits to our website including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to through and from our site (including date and time), length of visit, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs) and the resources that you access
We use this information to send you relevant information and to email you from time to time on jobs which may be of interest to you, unless you specify otherwise.
CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND RETENTION PERIOD
You may view and update your profile and/or request correction, deletion or locking of your personal information held by OFS at any time by logging on and manually updating your profile. If you believe that any information OFS are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible and we will promptly revise any information found to be incorrect.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you by emailing email@example.com
If you do not update your user profile within a period of two years, OFS will send you an e-mail to ask you to update your profile. If you do not update your profile by the given deadline, your profile including all of your personal information will be deleted.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for and during the period of time needed to complete our legitimate business operations, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
OFS are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Our Security Information Standards are applied globally to ensure compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Any third parties appointed to process your personal information on our behalf shall be obliged to maintain the same confidentiality and security measures of OFS.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties other than where required in connection with our recruitment processes, unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. Where personal information is processed by our service providers we will take steps to ensure that the processing complies with applicable data protection laws. Where you have consented, we may use your personal information, or permit selected third parties to use your personal information, to provide you with information about job opportunities or in connection with HR marketing purposes which may be of interest to you and we or they may contact you about these by email.
We may provide your non-personal data to third parties, where such information is combined with similar information of other users of our website such as the number of unique users who visit our website or the demographic breakdown. These third parties may include web developers, researchers or providers of advertising services.
We will only transfer your personal data to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data by the European Commission. For further details, see European Commission: Adequacy of the protection of personal data in non-EU countries.

Cookies are small text files that are transferred to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to enable us to recognise your browser and help us to track visitors to our site. A cookie contains your contact information and information to allow us to identify your computer when you travel around our site for the purpose of helping you accomplish your reservation.
Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but, if you wish, you can set your browser to prevent it from accepting cookies. Certain information in relation to web usage is revealed via our internet service provider who records some of the following data. The information we receive depends upon what you do when visiting our site:
a) The logical address of the server you are using.
b) The date and time you access our site.
c) The pages you have accessed and the documents downloaded.
d) The previous Internet address from which you linked directly to our site.

HOW WE USE THIS TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties. The technical information is used to allow us to improve the information we are supplying to our users, to find out how many people are visiting our sites and for statistical purposes.
Some of the above information is used to create summary statistics which allow us to assess the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, discover what information is most and least used, inform us on future design and layout specifications, and help us make our site more user friendly.
We will make no attempt to identify individual visitors, or to associate the technical details listed above with any individual. We will only use the technical information for statistical and other administrative purposes. You should note that technical details, which we cannot associate with any identifiable individual, are not “personal data” within the meaning of the GDPR.
